The romance-inspired business, started by Gary MacDonough, 28, Loren Gould, 29, and Ben Greenock, 26, encourages daters to meet prospective new love interests in groups rather than one-on-one. Scroll down for video. The trio, who say their eureka moment came when a friend said she wanted to take a friend along on a date so it wouldn’t be so awkward, launched Double in February this year.
But it hasn’t all been plain sailing.
Dragons’ Den – Where Are They Now?

Loren says Gary goes on double dates “all the time” but there’s “no love for him yet”. He says double dating makes a bad date easier to handle.
